Charged express delivery but can not deliver.

They charged me for express delivery, yet 10 days later, after being on hold for 25 mins cannot tell me when or if they can deliver. Order cancelled. Aggressive staff who are clearly overloaded with orders that cannot be met. I pity them.

Avoid prescription orders

Ordered medicine for my dog on prescription and paid extra for quicker delivery now nearly a week later and still not despatched and no nearer to getting a delivery date and in the meantime my dog is suffering.Avoid

So pleased with the excellent service.

This was the first time we have used VioVet. Despatch was excellent. Received the food in no time. Tracking notifications were excellent. We would have no hesitation in using again.

Dreadful service

I have been waiting over a week for a new collar for my dog. Today 8th March I have been held online for 30 minutes trying to find out where this collar for my dog is? After waiting as 20th in the queue, I am finally (allegedly) no. 1 in the queue but have been for the last 5 minutes. So I put the phone down.Surprise surprise, immediately they rang me back!; they told me they will ring the supplier to see where the collar is, so I am on hold again. they told me their IT system is down.Now they've told me their supplier shut at 4:30pm but they will email them and then email me tomorrow.I wonder what is really going on?This is my first and last order with company.So..........You promised me you would email the supplier to find out why they haven't sent you (Viovet) my dog collar BUT you never updated me to say you didn't have it in stock. You said you would email me today, but you didn't do it.I see no choice but to report you to my credit card company to try to get my money back on principle.This is a terrible company, in my experience!

Waste of time

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had such a complicated experience with a company. My order never arrived so I contacted the company to ask what the next steps would be, they confirmed it had been lost with Royal Mail and I could have a refund or re delivery, I chose a refund. Viovet said they had processed a refund and it should be with me in a few days. After a few days I contacted Viovet to see where the refund was, Viovet responded saying that the parcel had been delivered and that they wont be processing my refund. I found this incredibly poor, why promise a refund them revoke it. After emailing Viovet explaining why this was happening I never recieved a response. I then decided to go through a 3 party complaints company so that I could get my money back. Low and behold Viovet told me that the parcel had been lost with Royal Mail and they would process my refund, I was sceptical the refund would go through due to my previous experience but after 3 weeks of communication back and forth my refund finally arrive.I would strongly recommend not using Viovet, I certainly wont be returning.

More care needed with packaging

More care needed with packaging. Box not taped securely and was falling apart when received. 2kg bag of dried dog food appeared to be thrown on top of box of dog chews which was all smashed up.Booked weds 24th February delivery as I would be in. No messages, text or email and didn't come. Arrived in poor state on Thursday 25th, even though tracking said it was with delivery vehicle on 24th at midday.

In stock item NOT in stock!!!!

I ordered some chemotherapy medication with a prescription from Viovet. They showed in stock on their website and they took my money however 1 week on they have not delivered and are now not in stock although they showed they were available.I have now run out and my gorgeous Labrador has no medication. I cannot get this anywhere else. ☹️
